| How You Start Your Business : |

How do you begin? First you are sponsored by another AMNETTM Distributor and
you obtain the AMNETTM Kit. Then, you can begin building your business. |
|
In presenting your business to friends, neighbours & relatives, you may develop both Customers
and Distributors. In fact, the most successful business enjoy a balance of selling products and sponsoring
Distributors. |
|
The gross income of your AMNETTM business is based on Commission
basis. This Commission is calculated from two sets of number - PV & BV - assigned to AMNETTM products.
You earn PV & BV on products sold to customers of consumed by yourself, as well as products purchased by Distributors
in your Business Group ( Downline Distributors ). |

PV (Point Value) is a unit amount assigned to each product; it determines your Performance
Incentive bracket. |
|
 |
BV (Business Value) is a monetary (Rs.) figure for each product. BV is used for the calculation of monthly
commission & annual incentives. |
|
|
The following examples illustrate how the AMNETTM Sales & Marketing
Plan can work for you. They are not guarantees of income, but they show the mechanics of how income is computed. |

As a Distributros, you are not allowed to sell our products in any shop, departmental
store on any retail counter. If such cases are found, the membership of the concerned person will be terminated
and all the accuring incentives be forfeited. |

You Begin Selling : |
|
Let's say your sales volume for the month is 100 PV / 6000 BV.
Some Distributors will have more volume, others less. The relationship between PV & BV in this case is 1 : 60 (as
in all examples following).
Now as we assume your sales volume for the month is 100 PV, your commission percentage will be in the slab of 9%
and further the calculation will be done as following : |

Stage - I : |
|
100 X 60 = Rs. 6000 (As 1 PV = 60 BV)
9% of Rs. 6000/- i.e. Rs. 540/- |
|
Your Sell And Sponsor : |
|
Distributors who sponsor others generally have higher average
volumes than those who don't sponsor. In this example, we will assume that you sponsor 9 Distributors
(these will constitute your "business Group") and each of you generates 100 PV / 6000 BV in a month.
The percentage commission is based not only on your own BV, Likewise, you pass on the appropriate
percentage commission to those you sponsor. |

Now let's assume all 9 of the Distributors in your Business Group sponsored
6 Distributors of their own, and everyone continues to generate 100 PV a month. The PV for each group would then
be 1000. Your total group PV would be 6,400 including your personal PV of 100. |

Your Business can grow even larger as you devote more time and effort towards
building it. Following our example, each of the 6 Distributros in each of your 9 groups sponsors 3 Distributors.
Assuming everyone generates 100 PV a month, the total PV for each of your 9 groups would be 2,500 which means
your total group PV would be 22,600. |
