LIFETIME WARRANTY

Reliable Technology. Responsive Support. Long-Term Confidence.

At AMNET Global, our commitment to our customers extends well beyond the initial purchase.
We stand behind the quality of eligible equipment we sell and provide warranty support
designed to protect your technology investment throughout the product lifecycle.

Our Lifetime Warranty program combines dependable product coverage, responsive warranty
assistance, an organized RMA process, and Advance Replacement options for qualifying
equipment. Whether you are supporting a single network device or an enterprise
infrastructure environment, our goal is to make warranty service straightforward,
efficient, and dependable.

STANDARD LIFETIME WARRANTY

Eligible equipment purchased from AMNET Global is protected by our Standard Lifetime
Warranty against qualifying defects in materials and workmanship, subject to the terms,
conditions, limitations, and exclusions described in this warranty.

If eligible equipment experiences a covered failure during the applicable warranty
period, AMNET Global will evaluate the reported issue and determine the appropriate
warranty resolution. Depending upon the product, availability, condition, and nature
of the failure, AMNET Global may elect to repair the equipment, replace the equipment
with the same model, or provide comparable replacement equipment with substantially
similar functionality.

Replacement equipment may consist of new, new-surplus, refurbished, recertified,
or otherwise equivalent equipment, as appropriate and subject to availability.
Exact cosmetic condition, hardware revision, manufacturing date, or configuration
is not guaranteed unless specifically agreed to in writing.

ADVANCE REPLACEMENT SERVICE

For qualifying warranty claims and eligible products, AMNET Global may provide
Advance Replacement service to help customers minimize downtime and maintain
continuity of their IT operations.

When Advance Replacement is approved, AMNET Global may ship replacement equipment
before receiving the defective equipment being replaced. This allows customers to
restore service more quickly while completing the return process for the original unit.

Advance Replacement is subject to product eligibility, availability, verification
of the warranty claim, compliance with the RMA process, and the product lifecycle
provisions described below. AMNET Global reserves the right to determine whether
Advance Replacement, standard replacement, repair, or another appropriate warranty
remedy applies to a particular claim.

WARRANTY CLAIMS & RMA PROCESS

All warranty returns must be authorized by AMNET Global before equipment is shipped
back to us. Customers requesting warranty service must contact AMNET Global and obtain
a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

To help us process the request efficiently, customers may be asked to provide the
original order or invoice information, product model and serial number, a description
of the reported problem, and reasonable troubleshooting information requested by our
support team.

Once an RMA has been authorized, AMNET Global will provide instructions regarding
packaging, return shipment, equipment identification, and any additional steps required
to process the warranty claim.

Equipment should not be returned to AMNET Global until an RMA has been issued.
Unauthorized returns may be refused, delayed, or returned to the sender.

REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT

After evaluating an approved warranty claim, AMNET Global will determine the most
appropriate method of resolution. At our discretion, qualifying equipment may be
repaired or replaced with the same model or with equipment offering comparable
functionality.

Because technology products change throughout their lifecycle, an identical model,
hardware revision, or configuration may no longer be commercially available.
When necessary, AMNET Global may provide a reasonably comparable replacement based
on product availability and the functional requirements of the original equipment.

SHIPPING, PACKAGING & RETURNS

Warranty-related shipments must follow the shipping and return instructions provided
with the applicable RMA. Customers are responsible for ensuring that equipment being
returned is properly packaged and adequately protected against damage during transit.

Applicable freight responsibilities for warranty returns and replacement equipment
will be handled in accordance with AMNET Global’s warranty procedures and the terms
associated with the applicable transaction.

Equipment damaged because of inadequate packaging, improper handling, unauthorized
shipment, or failure to follow provided return instructions may not qualify for
warranty coverage.

PRODUCT LIFECYCLE & ADVANCE REPLACEMENT ELIGIBILITY

Technology manufacturers periodically discontinue products as part of their normal
product lifecycle. These milestones are commonly identified as End of Sale (EOS)
and End of Life (EOL).

Advance Replacement service is available for eligible products through one year
following the applicable manufacturer’s End-of-Sale and End-of-Life timeline.
Once a product has exceeded this lifecycle period, Advance Replacement service
may no longer be available for that product.

The expiration of Advance Replacement eligibility does not, by itself, eliminate
otherwise applicable Standard Lifetime Warranty coverage. For qualifying warranty
claims involving products beyond the Advance Replacement eligibility period,
AMNET Global will evaluate the available warranty remedy in accordance with these
terms, product availability, and the circumstances of the claim.

Due to product obsolescence and changing manufacturer inventories, replacement
options for older or discontinued equipment may be limited. Where an identical
replacement is unavailable, AMNET Global may provide a comparable product, repair
the equipment when practical, or determine another appropriate warranty resolution
consistent with the applicable warranty terms.

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

AMNET Global’s Lifetime Warranty applies only to eligible products and qualifying
warranty conditions. Certain products, services, and circumstances are excluded
or may be governed by separate warranty terms.

Excluded products may include, as applicable, certain new OEM equipment, software,
software licenses, subscriptions, batteries, consumable components, maintenance
agreements, SmartNet or other support contracts, wholesale transactions, and
products covered by separate manufacturer warranty terms.

Warranty coverage does not apply to failures or damage resulting from misuse, abuse,
neglect, accidents, improper storage, improper installation, unauthorized repair or
modification, unsuitable operating environments, electrical events, power irregularities,
physical damage, liquid exposure, fire, environmental conditions, or operation outside
of the manufacturer’s intended specifications.

Normal cosmetic wear that does not materially affect product functionality is not
considered a covered defect unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

OEM & MANUFACTURER WARRANTY COVERAGE

Certain products supplied by AMNET Global may be covered by the original equipment
manufacturer’s warranty rather than, or in addition to, an AMNET Global warranty.

Where an OEM or manufacturer warranty applies, coverage is governed by that
manufacturer’s warranty period, eligibility requirements, exclusions, service
procedures, and other applicable terms and conditions.

Manufacturer warranty programs, support entitlements, software subscriptions,
licensing programs, and maintenance agreements are controlled by the applicable
manufacturer and may change independently of AMNET Global.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

Customers requesting warranty service are responsible for providing reasonable
documentation necessary to verify the purchase and identify the equipment involved
in the claim. This may include order information, model numbers, serial numbers,
photographs, troubleshooting results, and a description of the reported failure.

Customers must also follow AMNET Global’s RMA, packaging, shipping, troubleshooting,
and return instructions. When Advance Replacement equipment is provided, the defective
equipment must be returned in accordance with the instructions and timeframe associated
with the approved RMA.

Customers are responsible for backing up, removing, or otherwise protecting data,
configurations, credentials, and other information stored on equipment before it
is returned for warranty service. AMNET Global should not be relied upon to preserve
customer data or device configurations during repair or replacement.

WARRANTY TERMS & LIMITATIONS

Warranty service is subject to verification that the equipment and reported failure
qualify for coverage. AMNET Global reserves the right to inspect, test, and evaluate
equipment submitted for warranty service before determining the appropriate remedy.

Product availability, manufacturer lifecycle status, replacement inventory, technical
compatibility, and the nature of the reported failure may affect the warranty remedy
available for a particular product.

Except where otherwise required by applicable law or expressly agreed to in writing,
warranty remedies are limited to the repair, replacement, or other applicable remedy
provided under the terms of this warranty.
