The APC AP8841 Rack PDU provides reliable rack power distribution with real-time remote monitoring and user-defined alarms to prevent potential circuit overloads. This metered PDU is designed for easy access, configuration, and management from remote locations, making it an ideal solution for critical equipment power management in data centers and IT environments.

Overview:

APC Metered Rack PDUs distribute reliable power via a single input with multiple output receptacles. The network management interface offers standards-based management via Web, SNMP, and Command Line Interface. The PDU provides (36) IEC 60320 C13 and (6) IEC 60320 C19 outlets with locking IEC receptacles to reduce the probability of accidental disconnection. Real-time monitoring of volts, amps, power (kW), and energy (kWh) supports energy management. An embedded log memory reports historic metered data. The unit is easily mountable in racks or enclosures, occupying zero U of valuable rack space. Environmental monitoring ports are available for external temperature/humidity sensors (sold separately).
